I bought a sofa in the 1st week of this month ( 4th september), with pickup scheduled for 7-14 days, after 15 days of no answer, I sent an email and was informed there was a delay and would only get the sofa in the 1st week of October, had I not sent an email I would not know a thing. Im still waiting for a reply, they just stopped answering, STAY AWAY from Conforama, they dont care and dont respond, maybe after this review they will pay attention to their customers.
