I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service. I placed an order online with a promised delivery time of up to 10 days. A month has passed, and I still haven't received my order. The tracking link shows "no info found," and the support team has not responded to my inquiries – I created two incidents and requested a refund. This feels like a scam, and I wouldn't recommend using this service, whether in Portugal or elsewhere.
