I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I placed an order online through the platform, expecting delivery within 10 days. However, a month has passed and I still haven't received my order. The tracking link indicates "no info found," and the support team has not responded to me—I have submitted two inquiries and requested a refund. This feels like a scam, and I do not recommend using this service, neither in Portugal nor elsewhere.
