I truly love(d) the experience I've had with Connectd as a founder. While I have a wealth of corporate experience, a doctorate in business, and am a constant learner, my Connectd Advisors truly helped me understand the real world of being a start-up founder. From pivoting, to looking at what comes first in the life cycle (things you don't learn in school), their experience and guidance has truly helped me grow this thing. Now, onto the next phase!! USERS!

More importantly the team we have assembled i think will be great , they are enthusiastic , thorough, and on early evidence cautious and calculated, challenging to get to the heart of defining our strategy as a new business.

Terrible customer service from senior start up advisor, literally cancelled a call last minute because apparently they are too busy, then proceeds to tell me that apparently she doesn’t think my business is a fit when I have an allocation of 7 figure budget for advisory spend for projects we are working on.
Maybe they should hire some of the advisors they are pawning off to other people. If they are so busy maybe they should just not worry about advertising. This is how good ideas fail.
Will not recommend. Save your money.
I've received six identical messages regarding the service from different individuals over the past six months, and none of them are still with the company. The latest contact reportedly spent the last eight years as a taxi driver according to their profile—nothing against that, but it doesn't seem like a solid background for giving high-level career advice. Why would a reputable networking platform charge candidates anything, whether framed as an introductory fee, 'training' for job consideration, or otherwise? This approach feels unethical. The service may or may not be a scam, but based on my experience, it certainly behaves like one in its outreach to users.

Warning: potential scam. I quickly distanced myself from the platform as it didn't align with my expectations. I cut my losses, but then faced another 'auto-renewal' fee taken from my account for a second year. There has been no communication, minimal responses, and certainly no refunds at this time. The platform is not what I was promised.
