Terrible service.False advertisement online with „Next Business Day“ delivery, later they reached out and told me it will be 3 days because my order is complex (1 page, Gernan to English…).I tried to cancel because I would miss my appointment at DMV with the late delivery. They are not allowing cancellation.When calling you are transferred to the „sales department“, who will not respond to any customer inquiries. Customer management only available via mail and takes 1 day to respond.Take your business elsewhere!
