After completing your payment, believing it to be the total amount, you will receive an email asking for an additional balance of HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. They do not refund your initial payment of $30+, and your credit card companies may not assist you since you 'agreed' to the initial purchase, ignoring that this was used as a tactic to later demand more funds to fulfill your request.
