We've been without broadband for four days now. There are no engineers available on weekends, so any issues require a long wait. They have acknowledged a major fault in the area, but there's no clear timeline for resolution. The support staff have been unhelpful and leave promptly at 5:30 PM, leaving customers in the dark. I would not recommend this service.
