You make a BIG mistake with my transfer.
I ask for a transfer from my hotel in Peru to the airport in Lima, as you can see in the image attached. You booked a transfer for me in Portugal and assignated a driver from Portugal, also in the image attached.
Also you send me this email when here are not yet 6h30m am., the hour of the pick up. You send the email at 4am local time.
Because of that i have to book another transfer more expensive...
Until today i did not receive any answer from them and did not receive the refund of the value I paid for the transfer. A transfer i never use, because you completely mistaken with the appointment.
