NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
We booked two return transfers from Chambéry to Méribel:
• 7-person economy minivan with space for 7 suitcases
• 4-person economy sedan with space for 4 suitcases
The outbound journey was fine. The inbound was a complete disaster.
On the 20th, I called to confirm driver details and was told they would only be allocated up to 20 minutes before collection, which immediately raised concerns.
On the morning of travel, the phone number provided for the minivan did not work and I had to make multiple calls back just to obtain a working contact number. The minivan then texted to say they would not make it on time and subsequently cancelled. When I contacted support, I was simply told it was “cancelled” — no prior notice, no explanation, and no alternative offered. I was told three separate times someone would call me back, but no one ever did. This left my family, including young children, stranded roadside in Méribel trying to get to Chambéry airport.
The second vehicle did arrive, but it was not suitable for 4 people and 4 cases as booked. Realistically it was only suitable for about 3 passengers with minimal luggage. The children had to travel with suitcases between their legs and on their laps with almost no legroom — completely unsafe.
I sent a formal complaint requesting a full refund. I received an automated response saying I would hear back within 48 hours. I then called to follow up and the call was abruptly ended. I have called again today and was told they will get back to me within 48 hours, despite it already being well over that timeframe and still no refund or resolution.
Poor organisation, unsafe transport, lack of accountability, and extremely disappointing customer service throughout
The transfers process was good, drivers came on time. Though, it will spare me the anxiety if all the drivers could contact me at least 30 minutes prior to the designated pick-up time.
A very professional and competitive company in price. We were two teachers with 4 students and the experience was excellent. We wanted to organise ourselves very well, they picked us up at the Split airport and took us to Omiš and we booked the return as well. A great service.

I arranged for a taxi from my hotel in a popular area to take me to the airport for my flight home. After completing the booking, the service took my payment but I never received any confirmation via email or SMS. I reached out through their website for confirmation but received no response. As a result, I opted for a different service and received immediate confirmation. On the scheduled day and time, my new driver was there, while the other service's driver did not show up. Upon returning home, I requested a refund, but they refused. I will not use this service again; the alternative is much better and more reliable.
