Wow I thought I was going to be the only one writing a negative experience but looking at other people your company clearly has issues. Natwest arranged a survey with this company. On booking I was TOLD I would be called when enroute. L Bowyer, decides to turn up at 8.30 while im on the school run. I have had a huge amount of work done including outbuildings built. By the time I got back (15 Mins he was apparently done) I was fuming. Called the office told him to come back. Spoke to him and he has the audacity to say he has been doing this for 30 years and has 6 appointments that day, Moaning because it was a hot day. Did not have any interest to go inside the outbuildings to see the insulation just took measurements. As to Valuation my plot has now been valued as the same house with 50% less square footage. Complete disgrace, My advice to your surveyor's is to retire if you're not capable of carrying out a job you're required to do. Anyone looking for a Survey please avoid this company at all costs.
