Arrived between times given, had his own shoe covers to entire our house. He only asked one question, had any extension work been carried out to the property. We asked him if he wanted us to show him around the house. He said he would be ok and got on with what he had to do.I think it would be an improvement if he had explained to us, what he was going to be doing / looking at whilst at the property.
