Awful Experience – Inaccurate Valuation and Unprofessional BehaviourI had a terrible experience with this company. The surveyor significantly undervalued my property, which now puts my mortgage at risk as I’m borrowing over 100% of the supposed value. This is despite having had independent valuations from other reputable firms that match the property's actual market worth.To make matters worse, the surveyor was rude and unprofessional, even going so far as to imply we were lying about the ownership of our solar panels. His attitude was dismissive and confrontational throughout the visit.Shockingly, an identical property just five doors down sold last month for £100,000 more than the valuation we were given. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial implications that could have been avoided with a fair and accurate assessment.I would strongly advise others to seek a more competent and trustworthy surveying service.
