I wouldn’t even rate it a one star but that’s the lowest it will allow me. Massively undervalued the property I am purchasing by £12k which caused a lot of stress, and wasted time. They valued it lower than the original purchase price.Countywide have since surveyed the property at asking price. I had to change mortgage providers because of this which was an extra charge to myself. No one has a good word to say about Connells. Do not use them.
