4 stars is only because I didn’t directly deal with Connells as it was done through my lender, so unsure how they were in person. I was so worried based on the reviews that they would down value the property I want to purchase compared to home report valuation. There were no issues and the valuation came back very quickly and matched what the home report said. I am in Scotland so this review is probably better suited if you are the same as we already have home reports. Try not to worry as I did! And if you’re in England, try and get a home report before you make your offer to avoid disappointment.
