Connels de-evaluated 2 of my properties with over 20% , one about 2 years ago and one this year. While other RICS surveyors evaluate at the market price my homes, Connels de-evaluate. I have a Court case opened against them for negligence. I recommend you if you have a survey booked with Connels to ask for an alternative surveyor or lender.My understanding is that Connels have a deal with the banks to specifically de-evaluate houses.And regardless their misleading comment bellow, while I clearly stated that other RICS Surveyors the same as Connels, evaluated with the correct market price my homes, while this low-lifers devaluate, Connels seems to be a bunch of incompetents and low lifers.Also, for one of their surveyor, I need to call the police as was very abusive and violent against myself and my wife when he arrived. The police is looking for Connels surveyor from W5 4 Postcode, anyone who know him, please get in touch, to get the police to arrest him.
