Similar experience to all other reviews.The sale of our property just nearly fell through due to a Connells survey. Survey marked nearly everything as red, there was serious damp problems (but no pictures or details as to where), roof needed totally redoing (after we had the membrane replaced last year), and spent most of the report talking about an outside cosmetic wall around the front garden (but again no pictures and did not make this clear!!!)Luckily after we pushed back our buyers had a trusted builder come round to check, who had confirmed the report is actually just lies.4 photos in the total report, and the surveyor turned up saying how tired he was as he’d only landed in the early hours and hadn’t even had time to do any research into the property. I could not believe the lies in the report.
