I wish I could give 0 stars!!This place is a scam. They valued my house £15k less than the asking. I sold my house within 4 days with 4 offers at the price of £145kI had 4 estate agents round that valued it at £145,000-£150,000 but this scam of a company said its worth £130! That's 20k diffence off the top valuation.I had to put my house back on the market as my buyer couldn't get the mortgage!!! SCAMMERS!!
