Absolutely appalling customer service and lack of knowledge as to what they offer from their customer service representatives.We were mis-sold on the survey completely which they agreed with when this was raised after listening back to phone calls. We wasted the best part of £500.00 on a completely pointless document that has no substantial information and missed a crucial security issue in the house we are purchasing. We have since received a £50.00 refund (the initial offer being £25.00) after weeks and weeks of chasing and receiving disgusting customer service from all but one person we spoke to. Louis was helpful and seemed to be the only person I spoke to that had any customer service knowledge and actually helped process our refund, albeit a refund amount that was quite frankly abit of a smack in the face after all the issues we had.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Ever. Absolutely awful.
