They ask how can this company improve, easy answer pack up and disappear, I have never dealt with such an if but an maybe company, they are incompetent to the lowest level, if I could rate them at minus 10 I would ,we had our house surveyed by this lot , at the end of it she said there was no problems 6 days later our 1st time buyer pulled out because of her "survey" basically there are 40 houses built in an around by Barrett in 1976 she thought everything needed doing from stripping the roof off to putting in a new damp course because she said she couldn't find it ,,fromventilation to not enough air bricks installed basically the house needed knocking down and rebuilt to her suggestions, when I got a builder in to go through all her maybe,s he laughed the house was in perfect condition no damp ,no need for a new roof when I told him it was Connels he said why are they still allowed to do this he has been to numerous "checks,"following this lot and they got it wrong on every occasion so I can't say this any clearer KEEP AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY ,these will lose you property buyers, and cost you money and if your buying check the reviews everyone cant be wrong get another surveyor.
