The start was quite frustrating due to the delivery drivers who seemed unwilling to properly locate the intercom, resulting in three incomplete delivery attempts. However, I want to express my gratitude to the support team member who organized my delivery to my parents' address, and to another representative who resolved the issue with the incorrect router. Additionally, thanks to the team member who facilitated the original connection to the system. I appreciate everyone involved in addressing the issues that were not caused by the service provider. Looking forward to experiencing the reliable speeds that were lacking from other providers at my new address. Thank you all!
