I called because I lost my internet connection and Lauren was very helpful. Considering I reported the issue on Sunday, she booked an engineer visit for the following day. The engineers called me 30 minutes before they arrived for the appoint to tell me that they were on their way. They fixed the issue very quickly.

I'm very satisfied and it's all thanks to Lauren.

Disappointing onboarding experience.

The onboarding experience was not satisfactory. We moved into our new house on December 5, 2025, and although the connection was supposed to begin when the router arrived on the 6th, we faced issues that the support team took a few days to address. This left us without Wi-Fi at a crucial time. It took seven weeks to receive a response to my email regarding compensation, only to be informed that we were not eligible for any. I would recommend choosing a different provider.

Initial Delivery Issues Resolved by Great Support Team

The start was quite frustrating due to the delivery drivers who seemed unwilling to properly locate the intercom, resulting in three incomplete delivery attempts. However, I want to express my gratitude to the support team member who organized my delivery to my parents' address, and to another representative who resolved the issue with the incorrect router. Additionally, thanks to the team member who facilitated the original connection to the system. I appreciate everyone involved in addressing the issues that were not caused by the service provider. Looking forward to experiencing the reliable speeds that were lacking from other providers at my new address. Thank you all!

Disappointing experience after years of loyalty

I had been with the service for years, originally under a different name, but recently switched to another provider and couldn't be happier. Over the years, I faced numerous outages, and the customer support was almost non-existent. When I did reach out via email, the responses took months. The internet speed was slow, and I was paying £37 per month for 100mb/s. Now, with my new provider, I'm paying £27 for ten times the speed. It's an obvious choice.

Outstanding support resolved my connection issues!

I encountered some connection issues right after my activation date. Thankfully, I connected through live chat with a representative who patiently helped me resolve everything. Now, everything is working perfectly, and the speeds are fantastic. I’m very happy!
