The onboarding experience was not satisfactory. We moved into our new house on December 5, 2025, and although the connection was supposed to begin when the router arrived on the 6th, we faced issues that the support team took a few days to address. This left us without Wi-Fi at a crucial time. It took seven weeks to receive a response to my email regarding compensation, only to be informed that we were not eligible for any. I would recommend choosing a different provider.
