Spoke to John - Paul today and he was great. I used the chat to contact them regarding my router not connecting (today was my switch over day) he gave me a call and talked me through step by step on how to do a hard reset on the router. He then stayed on the line ensuring the router was connecting correctly and had me connect my phone to the new wifi ensuring It was all running smoothly. Supper grateful for all his help.
