Everytime I think I cannot get more negatively surprised by this company, I realise I can...shame for such a country like Netherlands to offer this poor public trasport services! They are already overpriced and on top of that they rose prices even more! Every now and then there is a strike for some reason, today for example again no buses for 45 min, but tickets everyone has to pay, no refunds no one to complain to, unbelievable. THE WORST IN THE PLANET EARTH!!!!!!!!!!
