Predatory, misleading and outright fraudulent business practices. Initially we agreed on 6 months rent savings. My rent was decreased by about €100. After they gave me a call (to avoid any written records), saying that they can help me reduce rent by another €300, but I need to sign an agreement whereby they get ALL of my rent savings. At the time it sounded like a good deal, but after signing they just sent me an invoice for all savings (without even an attempt of further decrease for me). When I refused to pay all savings, because no additional work was provided they first threatened me with a lawsuit. And later they have invoiced my landlord directly, who is now trying to claim ALL my savings on their behalf.
