Conny did get my rent reduced. For that 2 stars. It took nearly 3 years, but it worked. Why not 5? - No customer service: they take *weeks* to answer any e-mail.- No actual legal advice: my landlord attempted to physically intimidate me into dropping the case and cut off my energy and tried to falsely evict me. When I called them for help I was merely shrugged at. If your landlord retaliates against you they will not provide any advice.When I had specific questions about how appeals worked, they would not explain. I was in the dark about the entire legal process the whole time even for the most basic questions (e.g. when does my landlord have to respond?).- They haven't refunded me: My case ended three months ago and Conny said I'd have my refund in 4 weeks. It never came. Two e-mails later and there is still no acknowledgment when I ask about the whereabouts of the refund. If the money is unavailable, knowing it is and knowing why and having that clearly communicated is the bare minimum and they cannot do even that.I was lucky to start my case before they decided to take 100% of your refund. But perhaps that is irrelevant and they will still keep it now? Unclear. I have to assume the worst since they are dismissive and uncommunicative of me when I ask about the refund of MY money. Disappointing. I would not recommend this service. Edit, 15th Jan: Conny attempted to have this review removed. It is verified now because what happened is true and I can prove it. 5 months in and I still have not received my refund and still have no update from them. Stay away from them entirely.
