But they still try to get 2/3 of the payments and possibly the RVG(Anwaltsgebuhr).I've asked this written multiple times, which they seem to ignore all the time. They are only interested in money. So, if you are wondering now, as I was wondering two years ago, whether Conny is a good choice. I can comfortable say it's not. Find yourself a lawyer or join a Mietverein. Connyis only interested in the overpayment you getand they will not pay what you actually deserve in your overpaid rent, also acting against their AGB.
