I cleared my schedule and was ready at the agreed time (22:00 Spanish time). When the invitation to the group never arrived, I had to be the one to reach out to them via Discord. Only then did they inform me—without any prior notice—that the raid had been canceled. They systematically breached our agreement by failing to warn me beforehand, ruining my plans for the evening.
Their only immediate solution was to reschedule for the following day, which did not work for me as the service was specifically booked for today. When I requested a refund for their failure to provide the service, they dropped a bombshell: they claimed it would take a full month to return my money.
Conclusion
It is absurd to expect a customer to wait 30 days for a refund caused by the vendor's own cancellation and lack of professionalism. I have been forced to escalate this case to PayPal to recover my funds.
