I cleared my schedule and was ready at the agreed time (22:00 Spanish time). When the invitation to the group never arrived, I had to be the one to reach out to them via Discord. Only then did they inform me—without any prior notice—that the raid had been canceled. They systematically breached our agreement by failing to warn me beforehand, ruining my plans for the evening.
Their only immediate solution was to reschedule for the following day, which did not work for me as the service was specifically booked for today. When I requested a refund for their failure to provide the service, they dropped a bombshell: they claimed it would take a full month to return my money.
Conclusion
It is absurd to expect a customer to wait 30 days for a refund caused by the vendor's own cancellation and lack of professionalism. I have been forced to escalate this case to PayPal to recover my funds.

Cons: Zero communication, missed schedules, and an insulting refund policy. Stay away.
I paid them for two r1 players for 3v3 team. They come playing some non sense comp. I play MM hunter they send destro/pres. The destro doing 1.1M dps and pres getting out dps'd by an Hpal and destro is dead in less than 2-3 mins 4 out of 6 games @ 2300 rating with me peeling for him. I go back to the chat and I provide the screenshots of details and game logs. And the guy tell me he's going to set me up with another team tomorrow morning and they are going to give me 1hr when I played with these guys for 30 mins but paid for 2hrs.
These poeple are con artists man. They don't care about setting you up with a proper composition and the people they say are r1 are barely gladiator every season. Do not ever purchase from these guys. I checked the pres evoker's other account the guy is 2560 with 900 games played.
