Choice of the articles and purchase process was good.But then i received the parcel (an inverter) where there was a loose part inside. So i returned it and wanted to use the return delivery to ask for a smaller version of the inverter. But i don't get any answer on my mail and have nowhere a possibilty to call a helpdesk.So i'm still very uncertain what i'll receive.
