I chose this service for my move from one location to another based on a positive past experience. However, I have mixed feelings about this recent move. The representative who provided the quote was punctual and professional, and the van arrived on schedule, with the loading process going smoothly. The movers took care to protect fragile items and furniture. I was informed that a container of herbicide couldn't be transported due to safety regulations, which would have been helpful to know earlier to plan accordingly. Some items were left behind because I was told there wasn't enough space in the container. I didn't want to leave it for the new owner, so I contacted the office the next day. They assured me that the items would be picked up, but I haven't heard back since. It took a week for the furniture to arrive, which I had been prepared for. The offloading was efficient, although I noticed some boxes were damaged, yet the contents seem to be fine. Only two pieces of furniture were unwrapped, and the wrapping material was left behind. When the truck departed, I noticed a few items were left on the road.
