Auckland based crew were unprofessional & did not take care of my furniture when loading container. Arrived unprepared. Numerous items of furniture were damaged through negligence. Managed to loose my ladder on route to Napier. Sent a report on my concerns to Branch Manager. Never heard back. Napier base crew were so helpful & did a great job unloading.
This is my second time using this service; the first was from Australia to New Zealand, and this time it was from New Zealand to Malta. I highly recommend maintaining good communication and patience, as it makes a huge difference. Everyone involved, from the local team to the shipping destination in the Netherlands and then to Malta, was fantastic. The wait was four months from New Zealand to Malta, which is where patience comes into play. Just enjoy life while you wait, as the items won't arrive any sooner. Thankfully, my items arrived intact; I've only opened two out of 18 boxes so far, but they all seem to be in great condition. I highly recommend this service for their exceptional communication. They've always responded to my emails promptly, usually within a couple of hours. Thank you for a smooth experience! 😁

The knowledge and experience of the team members who assisted with packing significantly reduced our stress, especially since this was our first move in 25 years. The following day, another representative handled the moving process expertly, transporting all household items along with around 60 potted plants of various sizes, from 5 to 150 liters! Ultimately, the transition into our new two-story home, similar to our previous one, was completed efficiently in just one morning.
The team was highly efficient, with excellent communication and updates regarding the arrival and dispatch to the designated storage location. The delivery driver was very helpful and friendly, and it didn't take long for him to unload the items into the assigned storage unit. I highly recommend this service for international moves, as they delivered the shipment within 9 weeks, surpassing the initial estimate of 8-12 weeks. I truly appreciate the outstanding service they provided.
The process was smooth right from the initial inquiry. The representative was very helpful and suggested the hourly rate option for our move size, which turned out to be cost-effective. The removal team arrived punctually and worked swiftly and efficiently. The only downside was a truck breakdown during the move. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I chose this service for my move from one location to another based on a positive past experience. However, I have mixed feelings about this recent move. The representative who provided the quote was punctual and professional, and the van arrived on schedule, with the loading process going smoothly. The movers took care to protect fragile items and furniture. I was informed that a container of herbicide couldn't be transported due to safety regulations, which would have been helpful to know earlier to plan accordingly. Some items were left behind because I was told there wasn't enough space in the container. I didn't want to leave it for the new owner, so I contacted the office the next day. They assured me that the items would be picked up, but I haven't heard back since. It took a week for the furniture to arrive, which I had been prepared for. The offloading was efficient, although I noticed some boxes were damaged, yet the contents seem to be fine. Only two pieces of furniture were unwrapped, and the wrapping material was left behind. When the truck departed, I noticed a few items were left on the road.
We relocated on December 18th, and the team was outstanding. We assisted with many aspects of the move to streamline the process, and they did everything they could. They were incredibly fast, friendly, and supportive. I've also used their services before and had the same great experience both times. Thank you!
