This is my second time using this service; the first was from Australia to New Zealand, and this time it was from New Zealand to Malta. I highly recommend maintaining good communication and patience, as it makes a huge difference. Everyone involved, from the local team to the shipping destination in the Netherlands and then to Malta, was fantastic. The wait was four months from New Zealand to Malta, which is where patience comes into play. Just enjoy life while you wait, as the items won't arrive any sooner. Thankfully, my items arrived intact; I've only opened two out of 18 boxes so far, but they all seem to be in great condition. I highly recommend this service for their exceptional communication.
