Sydney to UK. Packers left a whole drawer of belongings unpacked. Had to go out on a separate shipment - still waiting after 6 months! Hasn’t even left Sydney!Did not disconnect car battery (schoolboy error) so vehicle dead on arrival. Should at least have been put in to ‘tow’ mode. Are claiming for replacement battery. Very poor customer service from Davide & Vela.
