I moved from a house in northern NSW to a storage facility in Sydney. The two pickup team members were friendly and extremely helpful, earning five stars from me. The three team members in Sydney were also excellent. Although I did experience a minor issue with a broken base on a pedestal fan, it wasn't a major concern. They also deserve five stars.

The collection of our table was prompt and efficient. However, the delivery notice was very short (less than 24 hours) which caused issues since the recipient was unavailable. We had to arrange for someone else to be present to avoid storage fees. Additionally, the table was not delivered in its original assembled state, requiring further assistance for setup.
