PROCEED WITH CAUTION! The roof looks great and does exactly what it says - rain is quieter and the temperature is more controlled. But post fitting customer service is terrible. Since having the roof installed we’ve had a leak - they have repeatedly tried to get out of it being their responsibility despite the workmanship and materials having a 10 year guarantee. It takes them days to reply. I am days in to notifying them of the leak and still no further forward with getting it sorted.
I must admit to being cautious at first because most of the reviews just commented on installation and how lovely it looked so I waited until more people commented on performance. I now wish I hadn’t waited!I had my roof fitted in July so have had the huge benefit of having a conservatory I can use on a very hot day but also now the days are getting colder I can also confirm that it’s much warmer. From first contact with the office then a visit from Shay, who did not pressure me at all, through to fitting which was fast, efficient and clean, I can’t fault any of it. I now have an extra room that can be used all year round and is an integral part of the house. It looks lovely and I’m delighted. I would highly recommend.
Jay and Liam arrived on time and worked in foul weather to transform our conservatory in half a day. The finish is excellent and the reduction in noise from continual rain has been instant (and significant). Looking forward to using the room in Autumn.
Was a bit unsure after getting the quote as it was a lot cheaper than the £15,000 quote we had. It has been a few weeks now since we have had it done and is a lot cooler and quieter in the rain. Not sure how warm it will be in the as we have not got there yet. Could not fault the fitters.
Such lovely people to deal with and the contact and information was superb. I’ve had my new roof for three weeks now. Wow what a difference. It’s given me a new room! In the recent hot weather it was so much cooler and I could actually stay in it unlike before. It looks amazing! From surveying engineers, office personnel and those who arrived to fit it. All efficient friendly and I would highly recommend them.
The whole process from start to finish was straightforward. Sarah arrived for the scheduled appointment, took measurements of my conservatory and explained how everything works, from the installation to finance options. She even came back later in the afternoon when my partner came home from work to explain everything to him. We decided to go ahead and book the installation. The 2 men arrived when agreed and started work. They were friendly, efficient and left the place clean and tidy. I'm very impressed with how my conservatory looks and I've noticed a significant difference in temperature during the hot weather. I'm spending much more time in my conservatory now! My conservatory is also noticeably quieter when it rains.
