Review Time
I have a conservatory with a thick plastic roof and as is usual it’s a case of it being a summer sauna, winter fridge.In other words it’s rendered unusable. I researched at length the various ways and associated costs involved to improve the situation in order to use this room more often.This led me to Conservandsave & so I contacted them. They arranged an appointment and their representative was very professional and helpful, above all to me…not pushy.All questions dealt with & so much more including a demonstration of the product for our benefit.Their were cheaper and more expensive alternatives also discussed but nothing ticked more boxes than the Conservandsave option.So I went ahead and got the product installed. The installation was carried out in less than a day with minimal noise and fuss by two very competent men. As a result I am very pleased with the results and outcome of this installation, guaranteed and insured for 10 years as part of the service.Wonderful. Much more time spent in our conservatory.JOHN C
Really fantastic service from Sam and the team. Answered all the questions I had and as I had read so many reviews I knew the product was rated very good by past customers. The day of installation went really well, the gents that fitted were clean, tidy and very friendly. I’ve now had the conservandsave roof for over a month and can honestly say it has really helped keep the conservatory so much cooler now (mine is south facing). I would highly recommend using conservandsave - brilliant from start to finish!
Clean tidy efficient polite nothing was to much trouble. They cleaned up before they left and offered to help me move the furniture back.All the above was the same at my daughters conservatory plus we had to leave the men looking after the house while we kept an appointment.They were driilliant.
Excellent construction and very efficient service. The fitters cleaned up after but, due to nature of the material they were using and cutting and trimming involved, there was considerable amount of material dust in conservatory. This is a minor quibble due to great service provided.
Easy to contact, a prompt visit to discuss and a further prompt appointment to carry out the work. The team effecting the installation arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently leaving a smart finish and all debris was cleared away. They were also very pleasant and friendly. Good job all round.
SARAH JONES CAME OUT AND GAVE US A QUOTE, EXPLAINING EVERYTHING IN FULL DETAIL. SHE WAS NOT AT ALL PUSHY BUT IT LOOKED SO GOOD WE MADE UP OUR MINDS STRAIGHT AWAY. THE GENTLEMEN WHO CARRIED OUT THE WORK ARRIVED DEAD ON TIME, DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND WORKED SOLID UNTIL IT WAS FINISHED, WE COULD SEE AND FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IMMEDIATELY. THE REDUCTION IN THE HEAT CONSIDERING IT TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY HOT DAY WAS SO NOTICEABLE. THE CONSERVATORY WAS LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY, EVERYTHING WAS WIPED DOWN. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. A BRILLIANT JOB WELL DONE AND AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE IN COMPARISON TO OTHER COMPANIES, DEFINITELY WORTH 5 STARS - WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS THEIR CONSERVATORY COOL IN THE SUMMER AND WARM IN THE WINTER.
Everything about Conserve & Save has been excellent I was contacted within half an hour following my enquiry online. The lady I spoke to was very helpful & friendly so I booked straight away to find out more.Brodie kept me informed of my initial appointment & receipts etc & so did Connor, the Installations Manager Shay came to see me to show me the product & carefully went through how it worked, its origins & then showed me photos of properties & reviews.He was so helpful, so knowledgeable & I felt I could trust him. Because of him, I didn’t need to think about anything else & booked straight away Andrew & Chris arrived early & were waiting for me so they got going straight away.They were both so efficient! Great team work, hard working & friendly.I was amazed at how quickly it was done!My conservatory is also now cleaner than it’s been for a long time! Sorry to the spiders that now have to find new homes 😂I would 100% recommendThe service from every single member of this company have been so good. Nothing has been too much trouble, great communication, friendly, knowledgeable & most importantly, a conservatory that looks brand new because of the roof.It’s shiny, clean, reflects the light & looks greatThank you very much
