I was forced to leave a one-star review when I would not have even rated them that, more like, a negative 5 stars! Completely disgusted with this service and it is through the apartment complex that I rent from. Such a scam..... The monthly water usage was $18.94, the fee $3.89, and the BASE charge $26.43!!!! Seriously...... the base charge is more than what I use. And this is every month, every tenant. How is this legal?!
