Double charged for voice mail on the same line. Put on hold then ignored and she never came back. Had to call in and start over. I am also being charged $20 a month (it was $15 last month) for long distance, my contract states 60 minutes of free LD. Suddenly there is a charge to have LD whether you use it or not so there really isn't free long distance. She had no explanation for that one nor did she take off the charges. Some people still need a land line and Consolidated Communications is not the company to have. Terrible customer service and very dishonest charges. Too bad there isn't a -10 for stars..
