To the reader,I write this review to save you the trouble so please take my words into consideration. NEVER! I mean NEVER go with this company. I have never experienced a more pain in my a** then this company. Honestly, they should be sued for the high amounts of internet loss that everyone experiences. I would even be personally happy to see them shut down (hopefully by going bankrupt). If you want better internet I would go with Hughes Net if you can not get anyone else. It will cost you a little more but your internet speed with be drastically higher and it the internet does not cut out every week. When I say week I am NOT exaggerating. The cherry on top of all of this is the customer service. They train their workers to be greedy businesses men that do anything they can to not actually fix the issue and still make you pay for service that is not adequate. Please if you made it this far take my words seriously. I would do anything to go back and not make the mistake of choosing Consolidated. P.S. If you are a worker for consolidated and you are reading this, please have some humanity and quit your job. NO decent person in their right mind would want to work for such bottom of the barrel company PERIOD. Also I will be going to mulitple review sites and leaving the same review. I do not want a company such as you're existing because it shouldn't. Be ashamed of your quality. You have low ethics and do not care about your customers.
