Unprofessional and childish. Do not waste your hard earned money. Outdated projects and horrible customer service.We received an unannounced charge of $599 after paying for the full-year. I tried emailing and calling our representative Seth to see what was happening. I did not get a response. I called customer service, and no response. I then received a call back from Mike and he started the call frustrated with me saying I had called Seth over and over. I called once and left one voicemail.I asked Mike what was going on and he gave a nonsensical explanation and then when I asked him to explain he said he already did and he HUNG UP the phone on me! I called him back and he had the same unprofessional attitude. I told him I wanted to cancel my subscription and have the remainder of the year refunded to me, and he said "Yeah, ok." and proceeded to hang up on me again. Very immature.Their lack of accountability aside, the service is a database of outdated projects, some with start dates that go back to 2015 and others that aren't even in the correct location. I gave them the benefit-of-the-doubt as I was assured there would be some projects coming up that were more current. In 24-days there were 2. For nearly $1,200/year this is not a good transaction.
