They will steal from you. Don’t give them your credit card info. And when you finally get upset with them telling you they will give you a refund and you reach out to the CEO and he says he will take care of it, be prepared for them to block your email address when you follow up with them.

Not sure what the problems were with others, however we have found this service to great. We are windows supplier and every project needs windows. Are sales are up over 50% since starting this service 2 years ago. They give us the contacts and we go wit hit!
Unprofessional and childish. Do not waste your hard earned money. Outdated projects and horrible customer service. We received an unannounced charge of $599 after paying for the full-year. I tried emailing and calling our representative Seth to see what was happening. I did not get a response. I called customer service, and no response. I then received a call back from Mike and he started the call frustrated with me saying I had called Seth over and over. I called once and left one voicemail.I asked Mike what was going on and he gave a nonsensical explanation and then when I asked him to explain he said he already did and he HUNG UP the phone on me! I called him back and he had the same unprofessional attitude. I told him I wanted to cancel my subscription and have the remainder of the year refunded to me, and he said "Yeah, ok." and proceeded to hang up on me again. Very immature.Their lack of accountability aside, the service is a database of outdated projects, some with start dates that go back to 2015 and others that aren't even in the correct location. I gave them the benefit-of-the-doubt as I was assured there would be some projects coming up that were more current. In 24-days there were 2. For nearly $1,200/year this is not a good transaction. I strongly warn anyone considering doing business with Construct-A-Lead to stay far away. This company has fraudulently charged my credit card nearly every month for a year — after I canceled my account and after they acknowledged the charges were unauthorized. They repeatedly told me that refunds were being processed, even sending fake refund confirmations, but no refunds ever went through. Now, after months of false promises and documented correspondence, they’ve changed their story and are claiming the charges were legitimate — a complete reversal of their previous written admissions. This pattern of behavior is deceptive, unethical, and fraudulent. I have filed complaints with the Illinois Attorney General, the FTC, and the BBB and am pursuing recovery through my credit card company’s fraud department.Contractors and businesses — do not trust this company with your payment information.Anyone else these fraudsters have stole from can report them to the FTC and Illinois state Attorney general. PS. The good reviews are from the people that own the company. Bill Lidman is their ceo/vice president.
