I applied for my card in 2022 but never received it, which led to my test documents expiring after two years. I have since redone my test and paid additional fees amounting to £120. After waiting six more months and following up weekly, I've only been given the same two-week promise along with apologies. I've demanded a refund, which I still haven't received. If this isn't resolved soon, I will be visiting their office.
