I initially applied for my card in 2022, but it never arrived, which caused my test documents to expire after two years. I have redone my test and paid additional fees of up to £120. After waiting another six months and following up weekly, I've only received the same two-week promise along with apologies. I've requested a refund, which I have not yet received. If this isn't resolved quickly, I plan to visit their office.

I am truly thankful to the company for their support, especially to the staff member who assisted me. She clearly guided me through the procedures and provided helpful PDF files for the exams. I greatly appreciate all the help I received, and once again, thank you.
