They were quick to take £156 from me, but I've spent days trying to access the course link. Every time I reach out about the issues, I receive the same generic response. There's no contact number, which just leads to frustration. I've requested a refund and opted for another service at a third of the price, where support is readily available. Avoid this service and go directly to the official provider. I haven't even accessed the course link—what a frustrating experience this has been.
