Very quick to take your money once they get your money dont expect very much more £65 out of pocket will never use construction certification again for any reason very poor service and no chance of a refund this company shouldn't be allowed to keep trading ripping construction workers off its not acceptable ? What's been done about it nothing

Paid for my HS&E and can't get anything from them. No confirmation of date of test nothing.
Contacted their customer service 4 times in a week and nothing but having technical issues.
Now I'm not even getting a reply at all. Avoid this company completely.

There's no contact number, which just leads to frustration. I've requested a refund and opted for another service at a third of the price, where support is readily available. Avoid this service and go directly to the official provider. I haven't even accessed the course link—what a frustrating experience this has been.

This service merely collects your details and charges £43 for booking a CIBT test, which you can do for £22 on the official site. The email confirmation comes from a third party, not them. Essentially, they charge you an extra £20 just to fill out your information. Their cancellation policy is also unfair, as they will keep your money. It's a disappointing experience.
