My son has been awaiting the second half of his green card test since 18th August. He booked it for the 20th August and was assured he would receive an email to complete the test on that morning. It didn’t arrive-also meaning he lost a days work for nothing. He has completed the ‘contact us’ form every day since and sat in chat for hours at a time to absolutely no avail. It is infuriating when he has paid so much money and not received any sort of service. I would appreciate someone contacting me asap.
