I wasn't provided clear information about the added services which boosted the cost of the CSCS card from to £65. I was speaking with the client applicant for the card as I was completing the application, and mistakenly paid the £65 instead of just £36 for just the card, which is all the client wanted. When I quickly asked for a refund, I was told there was a £20 refund charge, and that it would take some time for the refund to be processed. Not impressed.
