I received an e-mail which included a letter of engagement and a letter of authority, both dated 5th October 2025, accepting me as a customer to engage on my behalf on a no win no fee arrangement for car finance. These documents have been electronically signed on my behalf but NOT SIGNED BY ME !! As such it would appear that I have entered into a contract with Consultation Claims Ltd. I have contacted CCL and it would appear a 3rd party organisation has submitted my details. I have requested CCL investigate who this was so that they can be reported to the FCA and possibly Action Fraud !In the meantime I have e-mailed a request to terminate the contract as it is within the 14 day cool off period.
