This situation feels suspicious, as if it could be a phishing scheme. I found concerning information online about the company facing various scam allegations. Many have reported receiving unsolicited emails and fraudulent documents for claims they never initiated. I never intended to sign up for the service, just provided minimal information after being enticed. I exited the website and requested deletion months ago. On December 22, I received an email stating I could cancel within 14 days. It detailed charges for cancellation, indicating that if I cancel before an offer, I would be charged for initial stages of work. Since I requested deletion immediately, I believe this could be a violation of data protection laws. This ordeal is causing me considerable stress, especially during the holiday season.
